A number of generous trusts and foundations support our work each year with grants linked to specific projects.
The Robert Rose Foundation has supported our work over many years with a particular emphasis on funding our psychology and counselling services. The Foundation commemorates Robert Rose, a champion Collingwood footballer who acquired a spinal cord injury in 1999.
Independence Australia is committed to supporting a range of research opportunities by developing strong partnerships with a wide range of organisations focused within the wider disability sector.

On behalf of all of those we support, we’d like to extend a very warm thank you to the following corporate partners and program supporters, as well as the many individuals who are not listed, but who give so generously to make a difference in the lives of others.
The work of Independence Australia would not be possible were it not for your support, which enables us to continue and expand our services and programs for people living with disabilities. We’re conscious that there are many other organisations seeking your support for a range of causes, and this is why we especially value your interest in our work.

Every year Independence Australia hosts a number of major events to educate the community about disability issues and raise funds to support our ongoing work.
Corporate sponsorship opportunities are available at all our major events, including the highly regarded Daddo Charity Golf Day and our Sector Leaders’ Conference. There are also great ways to get involved on a smaller scale, including product donations for our auctions and raffles. We also welcome any product samples you can spare to include in our gift bags at various events.
By working together at our events, we aim to help your business gain exposure, build goodwill and connect with your customers.
