Terms & Conditions: Win $500 E-Gift Card with Independence Australia and Tena

  1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
  2. The Promoter is Independence Australia Group ABN 80 973 805 243, Building 1, 9 Ashley Street, West Footscray Victoria 3012, 1300 704 456 and Essity Australasia (TENA) PTY LTD  ABN 55 005 442 375, 30-32 Westall Road Springvale, Victoria 3171, 1800 623 347.
  3. The competition commences at 9:00 am AEDT on 1 February 2024 and ends at 11:59 pm AEST on 30 April  2024.
  4. Entry is open to residents of Australia. Officers, employees, and their immediate families, of the Promoter associated with this Competition are ineligible to enter.
  5. To enter, entrants must complete their details (including first name, last name, contact number, and email address) in the online entry form at https://www.independenceaustralia.com.au/win-with-tena-form-q1/. No purchase is necessary.
  6. Entries are limited to one per person and all fields must be completed, including contact information and a valid email address.
  7. The prize will be drawn by the Promoter. The winner will be selected from the pool of entrants who have entered the Competition and they will be selected based on the most practical feedback provided to the following question- “In 25 words or less, tell us how TENA Pants can help you stay active while managing your needs”. The winner will be determined at 12:00 pm AEST on 12 May 2024 in West Footscray, Victoria.
  8. The Prize is one Pre-Paid E-Gift card to the value of $500. The total prize pool is $500.
  9. The winner will be notified within 48 hours of the draw taking place via email and/or phone.
  10. The winner must confirm acceptance of prize and their details within five (5) business days of receiving notification via email and/or phone in order to receive their prize.
  11. If (for any reason whatsoever) a winner does not accept a prize or cannot be contacted by the Promoter, the prize will be deemed to have been forfeited by the winner. The Promoter will conduct a redraw until the prize is won from the pool of Eligible Entrants during the competition period.
  12. The Prize will be delivered within 2 weeks to the email account nominated by the final winner as provided to the Promoter at the time of claiming the Prize.
  13. In the event that the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
  14. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered (even if caused by negligence) as a result of any winner accepting and/or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  15. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for other goods or services. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
  16. Personal information including an Eligible Entrant’s name, telephone number and email will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this Competition. This may require disclosure to third parties, including local regulatory authorities and the Promoter’s agents or third-party service providers, for the purpose of conducting the Promotion, or for promotional and marketing purposes including for direct marketing. By entering this Competition, Eligible Entrants consent to the use of their personal information for the Purpose. Also, by entering this Competition, Eligible Entrants consent to receiving marketing communications such as promotional offers and newsletters from Independence Australia which they can unsubscribe from at any time.
  17. The Promoter’s decision is final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications.
  18. If for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, this Competition is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to take any action that may be available to it, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, or amend these terms and conditions, unless to do so would be prohibited by law.
