Temporary online store & call centre closure

Change of Date for Independence Australia Online Store and Call Centre Closure

The upgrade of our online webstore has been delayed until November to ensure that we are able to provide you with a better service.

To facilitate this, the Customer Service Centre and the Independence Australia webstore will now be closed from 4pm on Friday 8 November 2019, and reopen at 8am on Tuesday 12 November, allowing us to upgrade the IT systems.

We apologise for any inconvenience cause by the change of date and we will be in touch closer to the date to remind you.

We encourage you to place all orders by COB Thursday 7 November 2019.
