IAG Launches 2024 Annual Report

The theme of this year’s report, “For People, With Purpose”, celebrates the positive impact and achievements of our people – customers, support workers and our staff.

Across the eastern seaboard, Independence Australia Group—inclusive of our group members SASI and Zest Care—provided a range of NDIS-registered supports which saw hundreds of thousands of hours of in-home and community supports provided to people living with disability and other personal need in 2024.

We continued to expand our support services, including complex care and specialist disability accommodation, wrapped up a Social Impact Project with Swinburne University, delivered Education Days across Australia and launched networking events like the “Lunch with Purpose”.

This year also marked the launch of our  2024–2028 Strategic Plan, reinforcing our commitment to a positive and sustainable impact. Highlights include the successful integration of SASI into the Independence Australia Group, completion of the NDIS Practice Standards and ISO audits and negotiating two new EBAs to support our workforce.

None of this would have been possible without our incredible team of 1,000+ employees including  700+ support workers—ensuring our customer comes first and our impacts changes lives.
